Starborn Academy: VR Astronaut Missions

8-Week NGSS-Aligned STEM Program | Ages 8+ (8–9 with parent permission)

Starborn Academy brings space exploration to life through an immersive Virtual Reality Astronaut Training Program designed to spark curiosity, critical thinking, and interest in STEM careers. Over 8 weekly VR missions, students step into the role of an astronaut and tackle real-world challenges inspired by space science and engineering.

Program Pricing & Requirements

• Program fee (includes 4 VR headset rentals): $1,600 per school/campus for the 90 day program period

• Additional headsets: $400 per VR headset (90-day rental period)

• No student maximum: Schools may use each headset with unlimited students at their location during the rental period

• Program duration: Each program can be run for a period up to 90 day during the duration of the VR headset rental

• Space Survival – Learn engineering and problem-solving under pressure as students learn programing and chemistry

• Electrical Systems – Explore technology that sustains human life off-Earth

• Solar System – Learn about the solar system in an interactive module

• Earth Exploration – Learn about an Earth system in an interactive module

Program Includes

1. 90-Day VR Headset Loan (per headset; unlimited student use at the school during the loan period)

2. 8 VR Missions + NGSS-Aligned Lesson Plans

3. Teacher Training Session before launch to ensure smooth classroom integration

4. Virtual Teacher Assistant available for designated lesson days

5. Delivery & Setup of VR headsets by the Starborn team

This program blends cutting-edge VR technology with hands-on STEM challenges to inspire the next generation of innovators, scientists, and explorers. After payment is received, the Starborn team will contact you to confirm teacher training and schedule program implementation and VR headset delivery dates.

Materials may not be shared outside the participating school without written consent. The participating school/organization is responsible for the proper use, care, and security of VR headsets during the rental period. Any loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair or replacement fees.
